CC Resolution 1983-021' RESOLUTION NO. 3-21
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, STATING ITS POLICY
WITH RESPECT TO NONDISCRIMINATION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of La
Quinta, that it is the policy of the City of La Quinta and
its City Council to not discriminate in any manner because
of race, religion, national origin or sex; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council opposes any
such discrimination, and will make every effort to assure that
such discrimination shall not exist in matters within the
preview of the City of La Quinta.
