RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, ESTA?LISHING REFUSE
COLLECTION SERVICE RATES FOR CITY-FURNISHED
REFUSE DISPOSAL SERVICES THROUGHOUT THE
CITY.
WHEREAS, Section 6.04.010 of the La Quinta Municipal code adopted
July 20. 1983) provides that the City shall provide for and furnish services
relating to collection, transfer, and disposal of solid waste and refuse throughout the City;
and
WHEREAS, Section 6.04.130 of said Code adopted July 5, 1983) and the
contract of SCA Services, Inc. provide that the City Council shall establish rates for such
services as provided for and furnished by the City;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of La Quinta
that effective July 1, 1983, the following schedule of rates for City?furnished refuse
disposal services hereby is established.

1. BASIC RATE Curb Service)
A. Once per week pick up, any

Resolution, rates may be charged as shall be agreed upon by the Collector and the
customer.
