A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
THE ASSURANCE OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE DEPARTMENT
OF DEFENSE AND FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
AGENCY REGULATIONS UNDER TITLE VI OF THE CIVIL
RIGHTS ACT OF 1964.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of La Quinta,
California, that thi? Council hereby does approve execution of
the Assurance of Compliance With the Department of Defense and
Federal Emergency Management Agency Regulations Under Title VI
of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, a copy of which is attached to
and made a part of this Resolution, and the City Manager is
authorized to sign the same for and on behalf of the City of
La Quinta.
