A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE RULES
OF PROCEDURE FOR COUNCIL MEETINGS RESOLUTION
NO. 82-14) BY AMENDING THE PROVISION THE
PROVISION FOR RECONSIDERATION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of La Quinta,
California, that Section 7?4 Reconsideration) of Resolution No.
82-14 is hereby amended to read as follows:
7.4 RECONSIDERATION
Any Council member who voted with the majority may move a
reconsideration of any action at the same or following meeting.
After a motion for reconsideration has once been acted upon, no
other motion for a reconsideration thereof shall be made without
unanimous consent of the Council.
