CC Resolution 1985-009* RESOLUTION NO. 85-9
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE COMPENSATION
OF OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES RES. NO. 84-49) RELATIVE
TO SALARY RANGES FOR PERSONNEL POSITIONS.
WHEREAS, on July 3, 1984, the Council adopted Resolution No.
84-49, establishing the compensation of officers and employees
and setting conditions and terms of employment; and
WHEREAS, it is now deemed desirable to change Section 1,
salary range for personnel positions, to provide for additional
employee positions of Administrative Assistant, Associate Civil
Engineer, and Public Works Maintenance Worker, and deletion of the
position of City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of La Quinta,
California, hereby amends Section 1 of Resolution No. 84-49, to
read as follows:
SECTION 1. The following salary ranges for personnel positions
are approved, as set forth in the Schedule of Salary Range?, Exhibit A.

hereby reconfirmed in their entirety and shall remain in full
force and effect.
