CC Resolution 1994-007 RESOLUTION NO. 94-7
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LA QUINTA, AMENDING THE FEE ESTABLISHED FOR
COPY SERVICES
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 82-37, the City Council established a Fee
Schedule prescribing the amount of fees, payments, and deposits chargeable for certain permits,
inspections, application processing, and other miscellaneous governmental and proprietary
services; and
WHEREAS, staff has reviewed the costs for copy services and calculated that fee
established does not recover the costs for copy services;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA QUINTA
DOES HEREBY FIND AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The copy fee is $0.95 for the first page of each document and
$0.15 for each additional page.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and
shall cause a certified Resolution to be filed in the Office of the City Clerk.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the La Quinta
City Council, held on this 18th day of January, 1994 by the following vote:
