CC Resolution 1994-022 RESOLUTION NO. 94-22
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING A GIFT.
WHEREAS, the GTE Corporation has generously donated $5,000 for the use of
a specified purpose; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to accept the donation and direct
the City manager to ensure the funds are spent for the designated purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of La Quinta does hereby
RESOLVE as follows:
1. The City of La Quinta hereby accepts the donation of the GTE
Corporation to be used in meeting program expenses of Kidsline.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of march 1994 by the
following vote:
AYES: Council Members Bangerter, McCartney, Perkins, Sniff, Mayor
