ORDINANCE NO. 129
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP FOR
THE CITY, BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY
REFERRED TO IN CHANGE OF ZONE NO. 88-031
(LANDMARK LAND COMPANY, INC.)
The City Council of the City of La Quinta does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. The La Quinta District Official Zoning Plan
Map No. 14, as amended (adopted by City Council Ordinance No.
Lo 5, operative August 29, 1982), is further amended by rezoning
from R-1 to R-3*, those certain parcels shown and depicted for
such rezoning on the map which is attached to and made a part
of this ordinance, which attached map is labeled "Exhibit A"
m Change of Zone 88-031.

SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall be in
full force and effect thirty (30) days after its adoption.
SECTION 3. POSTING. The City Clerk shall, within 15
days after passage of this ordinance, cause it to be posted in
at least three public places designated by resolution of the
City Council; shall certify to the adoption and posting of this
ordinance; and, shall cause this ordinance and its
certification, together with proof of posting, to be entered
into the Book of Ordinances of this City.
The foregoing ordinance was approved and adopted at a
meeting of the City Council held on this 4th day of
