M?ON It was moved by Board Members Perkins/Bangerter to approve Minutes of January
2, 1996 as submitted. Motion carried unanimously.

CONSENT CALENDAR
1. APPROVAL OF DEMAND REGISTER DATED JANUARY 16, 1996.
2. TRANSMITTAL OF TREASURY REPORT DATED NOVEMBER 30, 1995.
M?ON- It was moved by Board Members Bangerter/Adolph that the Consent Calendar
be approved as recommended. Motion carried unanimously.
1. TRANSMITTAL OF REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE REPORT DATED
NOVEMBER 30, 1995.
MOTION It was moved by Board Members Bangerter/Adolph to receive and file the
Revenue and Expenditures Report dated November 30, 1995. Motion carried
unanimously.

1. Conference with real property negotiator, Hap Harris, pursuant to Government Code
Section 54956.8, instructing the negotiator concerning the terms of potential
acquisition of a real property Interest for the property located at Caleo Bay with the
Lake La Quinta project.
2. Conference with real property negotiator, Phyllis Holmes, pursuant to Government
Code Section 54956.S, instructing the negotiator concerning property acquisition for
the property located at Calle Tampico and Eisenhower Drive.
Agency Board reconvened with no decision being made which requires reporting pursuant
to Section 54957.1 of the Government Code Brown Act).
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
