MINUTES

Adjourned meeting of the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency was called to order at 10:30 a.m.
by Chairman Sniff.
PRESENT: Board Members Cathcart, Perkins, Chairman Sniff
ABSENT: Board Members Bangerter, Pena
Chairman Sniff announced that both Board Members Bangerter and Pena have conflicts of
interest with regard to the matter to be considered at this time.
At this time the Board adjourned to CLOSED SESSION
1 Conference with Real Property Negotiator concerning 50 individual, residential properties
locate generally in the cove, specifically identified in the agreement with COACHELLA
VALLEY LAND. Negotiator: Byron Radakker. Instructing the Negotiator concerning
price, terms of payment for acquisition of properties pursuant to Government code
Section 54956.8.
The Board reconvened and adjourned with no action being taken that required reporting under
the Brown Act.
