Regular meeting of the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency was called to order by Chairman
Sniff if.
PRESENT: Board Members Bangerter, McCartney, Pena, Perkins, Chairman Sniff
ABSENT: None
CONFIRMATION OF AGENDA
Mr. Genovese, City Manager, asked that the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of September 20,
1994 and Closed Session Item No.1 be removed from the agenda.
It was moved by Board Members Pena/McCartney to remove the Redevelopment Agency
Minutes of September 20, 1994 and Closed Session Item No. 1 from the agenda. Motion
carried unanimously.
PUBLIC COMMENT None
BUSINESS SESSION
1. TRANSMITTAL OF TREASURER'S REPORT DATED AUGUST 31, 1994.
It was moved by Board Members Pena/McCartney to receive and file the Treasurer's
Report dated August 31,1994. Motion carried unanimously.
CONSENT CALENDAR
1. APPROVAL OF DEMAND REGISTER DATED OCTOBER 4, 1994.
MOTION It was moved by Board Members Pen Pena/McCartney that the Consent Calendar
be approved as submitted. Motion carried unanimously.

1. Discussion of negotiations concerning potential acquisition and/or sale of real

Herrera APN 773-223-022) and 52-075 Avenida Navarro APN 773-234-015)
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 Walter Stockman, negotiator for
Wes Development Company. This items was removed from the agenda.)
2. Conference with Legal Counsel concerning on-going existing litigation REFCO
Case No. CV-92-7626-RJK pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
The Board reconvened with no action being taken.
There being no flirther business, the meeting was adjourned.
