Special meeting of the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency was called to order by Chairman Sniff.
PRESENT: Board Members Bangerter, Mccartney, Pena, Perkins, Chairman Sniff
ABSENT: None
CONFIRMATION OF AGENDA Confirmed
PUBLIC COMMENT
Audrey Ostrowsky, P.O. Box 351, was concerned with the Chamber of Commerce receiving
$155,000 and the La Quinta Arts Foundation receiving $100,000. She believed that more money
needs to be expended on streets.
Chairman Sniff noted that the amount requested by the Arts Foundation is $50,000 and that both
contracts are on the June 21st agenda for consideration.
BUSINESS SESSION
1. CONSIDERATION OF ADOPTION OF PRELIMINARY FISCAL YEAR 1994/95
BUDGET.
MOTION It was moved by Members McCartney/Bangerter to adopt the preliminary
budget for FY 1994/95. Motion carried unanimously.
There being no further business, it was moved by Members PenA/MCCartney to adjourn.
Motion carried unanimously.
