MOTION It was moved by Mr. Perkins, seconded by Mrs. Bangerter
that the minutes of January 19, 1993 be approved as submitted.
Motion carried unanimously.

1. APPROVAL OF DEMAND REGISTER DATED FEBRUARY 2, 1993.
2. CONSIDER ENTERING INTO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR
ACQUISITION OF CVWD PROPERTIES IN THE COVE.
MOTION It was moved by Mr. Sniff, seconded by Mr. Perkins
that the Consent Calendar be approved as recommended. Motion
carried unanimously.
