Chairman Pro Tern Rushworth.
MOTION It was moved by Council Members Franklin/Sniff to excuse
Chairman Pena. Motion carried unanimously.

MOTION It was moved by Mr. Sniff/Mrs. Franklin that Consent
Calendar be approved as submitted. Motion carried with Mr.
Bohnenberger abstaining.
