MINUTES
NOVEMBER 5, 1991
Regular meeting of the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency was called to
order by Chairman Pena.
PRESENT: Mr. Bohnenberger, Mr?. Franklin, Mr. Rushworth, Mr.
Sniff, Chairman Pena
ABSENT: None
PUBLIC HEARINGS None
BUSINESS SESSION
1. APPROVAL OF RESCISSION AND SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF
PALM SPRINGS AND COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
PALM SPRINGS.
MOTION It was moved by Mr. Sniff, seconded by Mrs. Franklin
that the Board approve the rescission and settlement agreement
with the City of Palm Springs and Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Palm Springs. Motion carried
unanimously.
CONSENT CALENDAR
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF OCTOBER 15, 1991 AND OCTOBER 21, 1991.
MOTION It was moved by Mr. Bohnenberger, seconded by
Chairman Pena that the Consent Calendar be approved. Motion
carried unanimously
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
