NAY 21, 1991
Regular meeting of the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency was called to
order, Chairman Pena presiding.
PRESENT: Mr. Bohnenberger, Mr. Rushworth, Mr. Sniff, Chairman Pena
ABSENT: Mrs. Franklin
MOTION It was moved by Mr. Bohnenberger/Mr. Rushworth to excuse
Mrs. Franklin. Motion carried unanimously.

CONSENT CALENDAR
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF NAY 7, 1991.
2. APPROVAL OF EXTENSION OF NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT WITH RUSS
BECKNER DOING BUSINESS As RGB COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT OF THE HIGHWAY 111 CORRIDOR AREA.
MOTION It was moved by Mr. Sniff/Mr. Rushworth to approve
the Consent Calendar as corrected to indicate the second to
the motion to excuse was made by Mr. Rushworth. Motion
carried unanimously.
CLOSED SESSION
Discussion of Negotiations re: Tonala village Proposal Pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.8.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
