MAY 7, 1991
Regular meeting of the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency was called to
order, Chairman Pena presiding.
PRESENT: Mr. Rushworth, Mr. Sniff, Chairman Pena
A?SENT: Mr. Bohnenberger, Mrs. Franklin
MOTION It was moved by Mr Sniff/Mr. Rushworth to excuse Mr.
Bohnenberger and Mrs. Franklin. Motion carried
unanimously.

BUSINESS SESSION None
CONSENT CALENDAR
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF APRIL 16, 1991.
2. APPROVAL OF DEMAND REGISTER.
3. TRANSMITTAL OF DEPARTMENT REPORT.
4. ACCEPTANCE OF PROJECT 91-6 SEWER CONNECTIONS AND
AUTHORIZATION TO FILE NOTICE OF COMPLETION.
MOTION: It was moved by Mr. Sniff/Mr. Rushworth to approve
the Consent Calendar. Motion carried unanimously.
CLOSED SESSION
Discussion of Negotiations re: Tonala Village Proposal Pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.8.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
