FEBRUARY 19, 1991
Regular meeting of the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency was called to
order, Chairman Pena presiding.
PRESENT: Mrs. Franklin, Mr. Rushworth, Mr. Sniff, Chairman Pena
ABSENT: Mr. Bohnenberger
MOTION Xt was moved by Mr. Sniff/Mrs. Franklin to excuse Mr.
Bohnenberger. Motion carried unanimously.
PUBLIC HEARING None
BUSINESS SESSION
1. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF OWNER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT?
WITH TRANSPACIFIC DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
Continued until March 5, 1991.
CONSENT CALENDAR
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FEBRUARY 5, 1991.
MOTION It was moved by Mr. Sniff/Mr. Rushworth to adopt the
Consent Calendar. Motion carried unanimously.
CLOSED SESSION
Discussion of Negotiations with Transpacific Development Co.
Regarding Specific Plan 89-14 pursuant to Government Code Section
54956.8.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
