DECEMBER 4, 1990
Regular meeting of the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency was called
to order, Chairman Pena presiding.
PRESENT: Mr. Bohnenberger, Mrs. Franklin, Mr. Rushworth,
Mr. Sniff, Chairman Pena
ABSENT: None
PUBLIC HEARING- None
BUSINESS SESSION- None
CONSENT CALENDAR
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 20, 1990.
2. AUTHORIZATION FOR CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE ESCROW DOCUMENTS
FOR PURCHASE OF LOTS 67 & 76 OF DESERT CLUB TRACT UNIT #4.
MOTION It was moved by Mr. Sniff/Mrs. Franklin that the
Consent Calendar be approved. Motion carried unanimously.
CLOSED SESSION
The City Council adjourned to Closed Session to discuss
Negotiations with Transpacific Development Co. regarding
Specific Plan 69?14 pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
