to order, Chairman Pena presiding.

BUSINESS SESSION
1. CONSIDERATION OF INTRAFUND TRANSFER OF $45,000 FROM RDA
PHASE VI IMPROVEMENTS PHASE IV IMPROVEMENTS.
MOTION: It was moved by Mr. Bohnenberger/Mr. Rushworth to
approve Business Session Item No. 1. Motion carried
unanimously.
CONSENT CALENDAR
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 6, 1990.
MOTION It was moved by Mr. Sniff/Mr. Rushworth that the
Consent Calendar be approved. Motion carried unanimously.
CLOSED SESSION
The City Council adjourned to Closed Session to discuss
Negotiations with Transpacific Development Co. regarding
Specific Plan 89-14 pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
