LA QUINTA REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
MINUTES
OCTOBER 16, 1990
Regular meeting of the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency was called
to order, Chairman Pena presiding.
PRESENT: Mr. Bohnenberger, Mr. Rushworth, Mr. Sniff, Chairman
Pena
ABSENT: One Vacancy
PUBLIC HEARING- None
BUSINESS SESSION
1. ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
SUPPLEMENTAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF LA
QUINTA RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS.
Mr. Kiedrowski, advised Council that the reports before
them furthers the payment to repay the City for
improvements that have been completed by the Agency where
the City has advanced the funds.
RESOLUTION NO. RA. 90-80
RESOLUTION OF THE LA QUINTA REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A SUPPLEMENTAL COOPERATION
AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF LA QUINTA RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS
MOTION: It was moved by Mr. Sniff/Mr. Bohnenberger to
adoption Resolution No. RA 90-80 as approved. Motion
carried unanimously.
CONSENT CALENDAR
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF OCTOBER 2, 1990.
2. APPROVAL OF DEMAND REGISTER.
MOTION It was moved by Mr. Sniff, seconded by Mr.
Rushworth that the Consent Calendar be approved. Motion
carried unanimously.
CLOSED SESSION
The City Council adjourned to Closed Session to discuss
Negotiations with Transpacific Development Co. regarding
Specific Plan 89-14 Government Code Section 54956.8.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
