Regular meeting of the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency was called
to order, Chairman Pena presiding.

BUSINESS SESSION None
CONSENT CALENDAR
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 18, 1990.
MOTION It was moved by Mr. Sniff1 seconded by Mr.
Bohnenberger that the Consent Calendar be approved. Motion
carried unanimously.
CLOSED SESSION
At 8:23 P.M., the Council adjourned to Closed Session to discuss
Negotiations with Transpacific Development Co. regarding
Specific Plan 89-14 Government Code Section 54956.8.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
