CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Approval of Minutes of July 31, 1990
2. Award of Bid for Sewer Hook-Up and Abandonment of Existing
Facilities to Low Bidder Hendrickson Construction, Inc.
in the Amount of $24,072.00.
MOTION It was moved by Mr. Sniff/Rushworth that Consent
Calendar Items No. 1 & 2 be approved as recommended.
Motion carried Unanimously.
The Board adjourned to Closed Session to Discuss Negotiations
with Transpacific Development Co. Regarding Specific Plan 89-14
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8.
