LA QUINTA REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
MINUTES
MAY 15, 1990
Regular meeting of the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency was called
to order by Chairman Pena.
PRESENT: Mr. Bohnenberger, Mrs. Bosworth, Mr. Rushworth, Mr.
Sniff, Chairman Pena
ABSENT: None
PUBLIC HEARINGS None
BUSINESS SESSION
1. AUTHORIZATION TO DESIGN BEAR CREEK CHANNEL PEDESTRIAN AND
BIKE WAYS.
Mr. Kiedrowski advised that there is considerable support in
the community to have a series of bike and jogging paths the
full length of the Bear Creek Channel so that both the
residents of the community and the tourists. He recommended
that the Council authorize an agreement with Kicak & Assoc.
for design of these paths.
MOTION It was moved by Mr. Bohnenberger, seconded by Mr.
Rushworth that an agreement be authorized for design of the
bike and pedestrian ways. Motion carried unanimously.

CONSENT ITEMS
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF MAY 1, 1990.
MOTION It was moved by Mr. Sniff, seconded by Mr. Rushworth
that the Consent Calendar be approved. Motion carried
unanimously. MINUTE ORDER NO. RA 90-l6.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at
9 00 P M upon motion by Mr. Sniff, seconded by Mr. Bohnenberger
and carried unanimously.
