Regular meeting of the La Q?quinta Redevelopment Agency was called
to order by Chairman Pena.

CONSENT ITEMS
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF APRIL 3, 1990.
2. APPROVAL OF DEMAND REGISTER.
MOTION It was moved by Mr Sniff, seconded by Mr.
Bohnenberger that the Consent Calendar be approved. Motion
carried unanimously. MINUTE ORDER NO. RA 90-14.
The Board adjourned to Closed Session to discuss litigation,
City of India, India Case No. 57496.
The Board reconvened with no action being taken.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjo?rned.
