Meeting of the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency was called to order
by Vice Chairman Bohnenberger.

1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 6, 1990.
2. APPROVAL OF CONTRACT WITH URBAN STRATEGIES FOR ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT SERVICES FOR VILLAGE AT LA QUINTA AND HIGHWAY

MOTION It was moved by Mr. Sniff, seconded by Mr. Rushworth
that the Consent Calendar be approved as submitted. Motion
carried unanimously. MINUTE ORDER NO. RDA 90-5.
The Board adjourned to Closed Session to discuss litigation
Indio vs La Quinta Redevelopment Agency pursuant to Government
Code Section 54956.9 a) and La Quinta vs. All People Interested
in Indio Annexation and for potential litigation under Government
Code Section 54956.9 b) concerning City of Palm Springs and
Eminent Domain proceedings involving Fritz Burns Foundation
concerning the La Quinta Flood Control Project.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
