1. Approval of Minutes of December 19, 1989.
MOTION It was moved by Mr. Sniff, seconded by Mr.
Bohnenberger that the Consent Calendar be approved as
submitted. Motion carried unanimously. MINUTE ORDER NO. RDA
90-1.
The Board a?journed to Closed Session to discuss litigation
Indio vs La Quinta Redevelopment Agency pursuant to Government
Code Section 54956.9 a).
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
