A RESOLUTION OF THE LA QUINTA REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
APPROVING THE INITIAL REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORIZATION
AGREEMENT AMONG THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, THE CITY OF
LA QUINTA AND THE LA QUINTA REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY.
WHEREAS, the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency and the City of
La Quinta desire to establish a flood control redevelopment project
for protection of property and lives in the City of La Quinta; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to include certain unincorporated
territory in the proposed Redevelopment Project Area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the La Quinta Redevelopment
Agency that the Initial Redevelopment Authorization Agreement among
the County of Riverside, the City of La Quinta and the La Quinta
Redevelopment Agency be and is hereby approved.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th day of Setember 1983,
by the following vote:
AYES: Agency Meinbers Allen, Cox, Wolff and Chairan Baier.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: Agency Member Henderson.
