A RESOLUTION OF THE LA QUINTA REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY RECEIVING THE PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT
PLAN FOR THE LA QUINTA REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT,
AND AUTHORIZING TRANSMISSION THEREOF TO THE
FISCAL REVIEW COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency has
prepared a proposed Redevelopment Plan for the La Quinta
Redevelopment Project, which project includes lands within
the City of La Quinta as well as certain lands within unincor-
porated territory of the County of Riverside; and
WHEREAS, any affected taxing agency may call for the
creation of a fiscal review committee with respect to the La Quinta
Redevelopment Project, pursuant to Section 33353 of the California
Community Redevelopment Law Section 33000 et seq., Health and
Safety Code); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33353.4 of the California
Community Redevelopment Law the Agency shall send the proposed
Redevelopment Plan to the representative of Riverside County
to said fiscal review committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE LA QUINTA REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. The proposed Redevelopment Plan for the La Quinta
Redevelopment Project is hereby received in the form attached
hereto.
2. The Agency Secretary, acting on behalf of the Agency,
is hereby authorized and directed to transmit the proposed
Redevelopment Plan for the Pfoject to the Riverside County
representative to the fiscal review committee created with
respect to the Project.
ADOPTED this 20th day of September, 1983, by the following
vote:
AYES: Agency Members Allen, Henderson, Wolff and Chairman Baier.
NOES: None.
ABSENT. Agency Member Cox.
