A RESOLUTION OF THE LA QUINTA REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
ADOPTING THE PROCEDURES IMPLEMENTING THE CALIFORNIA
ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT, AS AMENDED, AND THE
GUIDELINES OF THE SECRETARY FOR THE RESOURCES AGENCY,
AS AMENDED, 1982.
BE IT RESOLVED by the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency of
the City of La Quinta, California, as follows:
In accordance with Public Resources Code Section 21082,
the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency hereby adopts the document
entitled: Rules for Riverside County Implementing the
California Environmental Quality Act" including appendices)
which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, as its
Guidelines for the consideration and evaluation of projects
under the Environmental Quality Act, as amended by AB 884,
Chapter 1200 of the statutes of 1977, and the Guidelines of
the Secretary for the Resources Agency as amended 1982.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of November 1983.
