RDA Resolution 1983-19 RESOLUTION NO. RA-83-19
A RESOLUTION OF THE LA QUINTA REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
ADOPTING THE STATE CEQA GUIDELINES AND FUTURE
AMENDMENTS THERETO
BE IT RESOLVED by the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency, as follows:
SECTION 1. In accordance with Public Resources Code Section
21082, the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency hereby adopts the State
CEQA Guidelines Chapter 3, Division 6, Title 14 of the California
Administrative Code) and all future amendments thereto, for the
consideration and evaluation of Agency projects and approvals subject
to the California Environmental Quality Act.
SECTION 2. The adoption of the State Guidelines as referred to
in Section 1 above shall supersede the previously applied Riverside
County CEQA guidelines which were adopted by reference by this
Agency by Resolution No. RA-83-17.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of November 1983.
