A RESOLUTION OF THE LA QUINTA REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL ON THE PROPOSED REDE-
VELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE LA QUINTA REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency has prepared a
proposed Redevelopment Plan for the La Quinta Redevelopment Project,
and has also prepared a Report to the La Quinta City Council on the
proposed Redevelopment Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has submitted the proposed Redevelopment
Plan to the Planning Commission of the City of La Quinta for its
report and recommendations, and the Planning Commission by
Resolution No. PC-83-6, adopted November 8, 1983, recommended
approval and adoption of the proposed Redevelopment, subject to
certain Specified changes therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the La Quinta Redevelopment
Agency as follows:
The Agency hereby approves and adopts the Report to the
La Quinta City Council on the Proposed Redevelopment Plan for the
La Quinta Redevelopment Project, and hereby submits said Report,
in conjunction with the proposed Redevelopment Plan, to the City
Council of the City of La Quinta.
Adopted the 22nd day of November, 1983, by the following
vote:
AYES: Agency Members Allen, Cox and Chairman Baler.
NOES: None
ABSENT: Agency Members Henderson and Wolff
