RDA Resolution 1985-01 RESOLUTION NO. RA-85-1
A RESOLUTION OF THE LA QUINTA REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY,
COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL IN THE STATE LOCAL AGENCY
INVESTMENT FUND.
WHEREAS, the State of California has enacted Assembly Bill
3107, creating the Local Agency Investment Fund; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best interest of the
La Quinta Redevelopment Agency to deposit monies which may
from time to time be surplus to the immediate needs of the
Agency in said fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT hereby resolved that the La Quinta
Redevelopment Agency agrees to deposit and withdraw money in
the Local Agency Investment Fund in the State Treasury in accord-
ance with the provisions of Section 16429.1 of the Government
Code for the purpose of investment therein; and
EE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that each of its following officials
be, and hereby are, authorized to order the deposit or withdrawal
of money in said Local Agency Investment Fund:

Frank M. Usher, Executive Director
