RESOLUTION OF THE LA QUINTA REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY APPROVING THE OFFICIAL
STATEMENT FOR THE LA QUINTA REDEVELOP-
MENT PROJECT TAX ALLOCATION BONDS,
SERIES 1985
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the official
prepared by Painewebber Incorporated presented to this
Board of Directorson this date, is hereby approved in substan-
tially the form presented. This official statement is hereby
authorized to be mailed to prospective bidders for the La Quinta
Redevelopznent Project Tax Allocation Bonds, Series 1985. It is
the understanding of the Redevelopment Agency that Painewebber
Incorpqrated will make such additions and corrections thereon as
may be necessary to bring this official statement up-to-date
prior to mailing.
