RESOLUTION OF THE LA QUINTA REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY APPROVING THE OFFICIAL
STATEMENT FOR THE LA QUINTA REDEVELOP-
MENT PROJECT AX ALLOCATION BONDS,
SERIES 1985
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the official
statement prepared by Painewebber Incorporated presented to this
Board of Directors on this date, is hereby approved in substan-
tially the form presented. This official statement is hereby
authorized to be mailed to prospective bidders for the La Quinta
Redevelopment Project Tax Allocation Bonds, Series 1985. It is
the understanding of the Redevelopment Agency that Painewebber
Incorporated will make such additions and corrections thereon as
may be necessary to bring this official statement up-to-date
prior to mailing.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 27th day of August, 1985.
