NOVEMBER 25, 1996
Special meeting of the La Quinta City Council was called to order at the hour of
10:00 AM by Mayor Hot, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
PRESENT: Council Members Adolph, Henderson, Perkins, Sniff, Mayor Holt
ABSENT: None

1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING THREATENED
LITIGATION UNDER GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9(b)(3)(D) ONE
CASE RELATING TO A THREAT OF CLASS ACTION LITIGATION MADE BY
PETER RODHOLM AT THE COUNCIL MEETING OF NOVEMBER 19, 1996
REGARDING BUILDING PERMIT NO.9611-024 ISSUED ON NOVEMBER 12,
1996.
Council reconvened with no decision being made which requires reporting pursuant
to Section 54957.1 of the Government Code Brown Act).
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
