A RESOLUTION OF THE LA QUINTA REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY,
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. RA-8-1, AUTHORIZING DEPOSIT
AND WITHDRAWAL IN THE STATE LOCAL AGENCY INVESTMENT
FUND.
BE IT RESOLVED by the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency of the
City of La Quinta, California, that Resolution No. RA-85-1 is
hereby amended as follows:
SECTION 1. The State Local Agency Investment Fund is
designated as an authorized depository for Agency funds.
SECTION 2. Agency officials authorized to order deposit or
withdrawal of money in said Local Agency Investment Fund shall be
as follows:
