Regular meeting of the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency was called to order by
Chairman Sniff.
PRESENT: Board Members Adolph, Henderson, Holt, Perkins, Chairman Sniff

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
MOTION It was moved by Board Members Perkins/Henderson to approve the Minutes
of August 5, 1 997 as submitted. Motion carried with Board Member Holt
ABSTAINING.
MOTION It was moved by Board Members Henderson/Adolph to approve the Minutes
of August 1 9 and September 2, 1 997 as submitted. Motion carried unanimously.

CONSENT CALENDAR
1. APPROVAL OF DEMAND REGISTER DATED AUGUST 19, SEPTEMBER 2, AND
SEPTEMBER 16, 1997.
2. TRANSMITTAL OF TREASURER*S REPORT DATED JUNE 30 AND JULY 31,
1997.
3. APPROVAL OF A CONTRACT FOR CUSTODIAN SERVICES WITH BANK OF
NEW YORK WESTERN TRUST COMPANY.
4. APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT AGREEMENTS IN THE 0CM LITIGATION WITH
THE CITY OF VERNON AND THE SCHOOL BOARD OF POLK COUNTY,
FLORIDA.

MOTION It was moved by Board Members Henderson/Adolph that the Consent
Calendar be approved as recommended. Motion carried unanimously.
DEPARTMENT REPORTS
1. TRANSMITTAL OF REVENUE & EXPENDITURES REPORTS DATED JUNE 30
AND JULY 31, 1997.
MOTION It was moved by Board Members Adolph/Henderson to receive and
file the Revenue & Expenditures Reports dated June 30 and July 31, 1997.
Motion carried unanimously.
