Regular meeting of the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency was called to order by
Chairman Perkins.
PRESENT: Board Members Adolph, Henderson, Pena, Sniff, Chairman Perkins

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
MOTION It was moved by Board Members Sniff/Adolph to approve the Minutes of
April 7, 1 998 as submitted. Motion carried unanimously.
BUSINESS SESSION None
CONSENT CALENDAR
1. APPROVAL OF DEMAND REGISTER DATED APRIL 21, 1998.
2. TRANSMITTAL OF TREASURER'S REPORT DATED FEBRUARY 28, 1996.
3. APPROVAL OF REQUEST BY THE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB FOR AN
AFFORDABLE HOUSING AGREEMENT FOR 5TH-YEAR FUNDING BY AND
BETWEEN THE LA QUINTA REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND BUILDING
HORIZONS.
MOTION It was moved by Board Members Sniff*Pena to approve the Consent
Calendar as recommended. Motion carried unanimously.

1. TRANSMITTAL OF REVENUE AND EXPENDITURES REPORT DATED FEBRUARY
28, 1998.
MOTION It was moved by Board Members Sniff/Adolph to receive and file the
Revenue & Expenditures Report dated February 28, 1 998. Motion carried
unanimously.

PUBLIC HEARINGS None
The Agency recessed to Closed Session.
CLOSED SESSION
1. Conference with Agency's real property negotiator pursuant to Government
Code Section 54956.8, concerning the potential terms and conditions of
acquisition and/or di*positon of real property located at the southeast corner of
Miles Avenue and Washington Street Property Owner/Negotiator: Charles
Pasarell.
The Agency reconvened with no decision being made which requires reporting
pursuant to Section 54957.1 of the Government Code Brown Act).
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
