CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Approval of Minutes of December 20, 1988.
MOTION It was moved by Mr. Sniff, seconded by Chairman Pena
that Consent Calendar be approved. Motion carried
unanimously.
Upon motion by Mr. Sniff, seconded by Mrs. Bohnenberger, the
meeting was adjourned.
