Meeting of the La Quinta Financing Authority was called to order by
Chairman Pena.
PRESENT: Mrs. Bangerter, Mr. Sniff, Chairman Pena
ABSENT: Mrs. Franklin, Mr. Perkins
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
MOTION It was moved by Mr. Sniff, seconded by Mrs. Bangerter that
the minutes of December 1, 1992 be approved as submitted. Motion
carried unanimously.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
