MINUTES
MAY18, 1999
Regular meeting of the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency was called to order by
Chairman Perkins.
PRESENT: Board Members Adolph, Henderson, Pena, Sniff, Chairman Perkins
ABSENT: None
PUBLIC COMMENT None
CLOSED SESSION
1 Conference with Agency's real property:y negotiators, Frank Spevacek and Jerry
Herman, and the subject property negotiator, The Spanos Corporation, pursuant
to Government Code Section 54956.8 concerning potential terms and
conditions of acquisition and/or disposition of real property located at the
northwest corner of Avenue 48 and Adams Street.
2. Conference with Agency's real property negotiators, Frank Spevacek and Jerry
Herman, and the subject property negotiator, Harold Lynch, pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.8 concerning potential terms and conditions
of acquisition and/or disposition of real property located at the northeast corner
of Avenue 48 and Adams Street.
3. Conference with Agency's real property negotiator, Mark Weiss, concerning
property located at 78-120 Caleo Bay Drive pursuant to Government Code
Section 54956.8 instructing the negotiator concerning an amendment to the
Owner Participation Agreement. Property Owner/Negotiator: Harold C. &
Harriet S. Harris.
The Agency recessed to Closed Session to and until the hour of 3:00 pm.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
MOTION It was moved by Board Members Sniff/Henderson to approve the Minutes
of May 4, 1 999, as submitted. Motion carried unanimously.
CONSENT CALENDAR
1. APPROVAL OF DEMAND REGISTER DATED MAY 18, 1999.
2. TRANSMITTAL OF TREASURER?S REPORT DATED MARCH 31, 1999.
MOTION It was moved by Board Members Henderson/Sniff to approve the
Consent Calendar as recommended. Motion carried unanimously.

DEPARTMENT REPORTS
1. REVENUE & EXPENDITURES REPORT DATED MARCH31, 1999.
MOTION It was moved by Board Members Sniff/Pena to receive and file the
Revenue & Expenditures Report dated March 31, 1999. Motion carried
unanimously.

The Agency recessed to Closed Session as delineated on Page 1.
Agency reconvened with no decision being made which requires reporting pursuant to
