MINUTES
JULY 6, 1999
Regular meeting of the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency was called to order by
Chairman Perkins.
PRESENT: Board Members Adolph, Henderson, Rena, Sniff, Chairman Perkins
ABSENT: None
PUBLIC COMMENT None
CLOSED SESSION
1. Conference with Agency?s real property negotiator, Mark Weiss, and the subject
property negotiators, Richard Oliphant, Bill Swank, Kathryn Thompson, and
George Mooradian, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 concerning
potential terms and conditions of acquisition and/or disposition of real property
located at the southeast corner of Miles Avenue and Washington Street.
2. Conference with Agency?s real property negotiator, Mark Weiss, concerning
property located at 78-120 Caleo Bay Drive pursuant to Government Code
Section 54956.8 instructing the negotiator concerning an amendment to the
Owner Participation Agreement. Property Owner/Negotiator: Harold C. and
Harriet S. Harris.
The Agency recessed to Closed Session to and until the hour of 3:00 pm.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
MOTION It was moved by Board Members Sniff/Pena to approve the Minutes of June
15, 1999, as submitted. Motion carried unanimously.

2. AUTHORIZATION OF THE DISTRIBUTION OF A REQUEST FOR DESIGN/BUILD
SERVICES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SINGLE-FAMILY HOME AT 77-224
CALLE ENSENADA, APN #773-242-011.
MOTION It was moved by Board Members Sniffipena to approve the Consent
Calendar as recommended. Motion carried unanimously.

adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
