AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LA QUINTA CALIFORNIA, REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY AS
DESCRIBED IN CHANGE OF ZONE CASE NO. 90-055
The City Council of the City of La Quinta,
California does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 4.10 of Riverside County
Ordinance No. 348 (which was adopted by reference by the La
Quinta City Council by Ordinance No., 5, operative August 29,
1982) and City of La Quinta official Zoning Map, as amended,
are further amended by rezoning from R-1-10 to R-2, that
certain territory within the City and depicted for such
rezoning on the map which is attached and made a part of this
ordinance, and which attached map is labeled "Exhibit A -
Change of Zone 90-055"_.
SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall
be in full force and effect thirty (30) days after its
adoption.
SECTION 3. POSTING. The City Clerk shall,
within 15 days after passage of this Ordinance, cause it to
be posted in at least three public places as designated by
Resolution of the City Council; shall certify to the adoption
and posting of this Ordinance; and shall cause this Ordinance
and its certification, together with proof of posting, to be
entered into the Book or Ordinances of this City.
The forgoing Ordinance was approved and adopted
at a meeting of the City Council held on this 17th day of
December, 1991, by the following vote:
AYES: Council Members Bohnenberger, Franklin, Rushworth, Sniff
& Mayor Pena
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
