CITY OF LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY WITH~ THE CITY AS
DESCRIBED IN CHANGE OF ZONE CASE NO. 94-
077

WINCHESTER DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
The City Council of the City of La Quinta, California does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 4.10 of Riverside County Ordinance No. 348
(which was adopted by reference by the La Quinta City Council by Ordinance No. 5,
operative August 29, 1982) and City of La Quints official Zoning Map, as amended are
further amended by fezcuing from H-C to R-i, R-2, H-C certain territory within the City
and depicted for such fezcuing on the map which is attached and made a part of this
ordinance, and which attached map is labeled "Exhibit A - Change of Zone 94-077".
SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect thirty (30) days after its adoption.
SECFION 3. POSTING. The City Clerk shall, within 15 days after
passage of this Ordinance, cause it to be posted in at least three public places as designated
by Resolution of the City Council; shall certify, to the adoption and posting of this
Ordinance; and shall cause this Ordinance and its certification, together with proof of
posting, to be entered into the Book of Ordinances of this City.
The forgoing Ordinance was approved and adopted at a meeting of the
City Council held on this 20yhday of June, 1995, by the following vote:
